At Bebe Organic, we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase of our sustainable children's wear. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all organic cotton tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
